At Ktri Pool Services Swimming pool maintenance and repair, we are committed to providing professional, safe, and reliable swimming pool maintenance and repair services. This Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, service scheduling, and refunds.

 

1. Refunds

All refund requests are governed exclusively by the terms of the signed service contract between the Company and the Client. This Policy does not create any obligation for refunds. Any refund request will be processed strictly according to the provisions agreed in the service contract.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services in accordance with their signed service contract. While we recommend providing at least 48 hours’ notice, the terms of the service contract govern any applicable fees, penalties, or rescheduling conditions.

 

3. Policy Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Policy will be available on the Company’s website and will apply to all services moving forward.

 

4. Governing Law

This Policy and all service contracts are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy or a service contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
